Completed exterior superstructure framing, window installation, basement subfloor, complete interior framing (including fireplace). Secondary finishing work included finished basement design and construction with hardwood flooring and premium bathroom installation. Exterior finishing included forming, place & finish the concrete stairway down to basement entrance, and perimeter property fencing.
